How to Broth

Pure Bone Broth (mixed bones; beef & pork) is designed to make it easy for you to add all the goodness of a collagen-rich, high-protein broth to your daily diet. Simmered without herbs, you’ll love the subtle flavor. It’s ideal for coffee recipes, smoothies, and desserts but you can also use it for soups and stews that call for a mild flavor base like tomato soup, butternut squash, or split pea.

The gelatin in Babs Bone Broth is semi-solid at cold temperatures. Once warm or at room temperature, the gelatin becomes a liquid so all you need to do to enjoy your broth is warm it and serve.

How to store

Our broths have a long shelf life as we use a traditional way of heat preservation. Store our products in the refrigerator.

Don’t freeze our broth in full jars. The liquid will expand during the freezing process. In the freezer store half jars or pour them into ice cube trays when using small quantities.

Expiration date: good up to 12 months.
