How to broth. The gelatin in Babs Bone Broth is semi-solid at cold temperatures. Once warm or at room temperature, the gelatin becomes a liquid so all you need to do to enjoy your broth is to heat it up and then serve. You can use your favorite seasoning to add more flavor. How to store. Beef Bone Broth and Chicken Bone Broth must be stored in the refrigerator.

Clear Beef Bone Broth and Wild Bone Broth can be stored outside the refrigerator until opened.

Don’t freeze our broth in full jars. The liquid will expand during the freezing process. In the freezer store half jars or pour them into ice cube trays when using small quantities.

Expiration date: Beef Bone Broth and Chicken Bone Broth are good for up to 12 months from the production date.

Wild Bone Broth and Clear Beef Bone Broth are good for up to 3 years from the production date.
