Broth

  • 500 ml Babs Wild Bone Broth
  • 150 g ramen- of sobanoedels
  • 2 eieren (zachtgekookt, 6,5 min)
  • 100 g shiitake, in plakjes
  • 1 bosui, fijngesneden
  • 1 handje spinazie of paksoi
  • 1 teen knoflook, fijngehakt
  • 1 tl gemberpuree
  • Scheutje sojasaus + sesamolie
  • Chiliolie naar smaak

Soy sauce

Bean sprouts

15-Minute Wild Bone Broth Ramen for Two

Instructions

  1. Verwarm de Wild Bone Broth in een pan met knoflook en gember, laat 5 minuten zachtjes trekken.
  2. Kook de noedels apart volgens de verpakking, giet af.
  3. Bak de shiitake kort aan in een klein beetje sesamolie.
  4. Add the greens to the hot broth. Cook the pak choi for 2–3 minutes, adding the leaves during the final minute. If using spinach, add it for the last 30–60 seconds, just until wilted.
  5. Verdeel de noedels over twee kommen, giet de hete bouillon erover.
  6. Top af met shiitake, spinazie/paksoi, het halve ei, bosui en een scheutje sojasaus.Chiliolie erover voor wie van pit houdt — en smullen maar.
