This savory drink is great as a mid-morning or afternoon boost or as a light pre-dinner drink. It’s hydrating, full of flavor, and packed with the nourishing benefits of bone broth! You can adjust the spices to your preference, adding a pinch of cayenne if you like a bit of heat.
Instructions
Heat the Bone Broth: Pour the Babs Wild Bone Broth into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until warmed through. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
Add Spices: While the broth is heating, stir in the smoked paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, and sea salt. If you like a bit of acidity, add a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix well.
Simmer for Extra Flavor: Allow the broth to simmer for 1-2 minutes, letting the spices infuse the broth.
Serve: Pour the warm, spiced broth into a mug and garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or thyme if desired.
Bone broth is one of the most dynamic foods you can eat. It is an excellent source of protein, including collagen. In addition, it does not contain any ingredients that are not good for you. Unflavored bone broth is ideal for coffee recipes, smoothies and desserts.
