When you sip our bone broths, you’re tasting food as Mother Nature intended. It’s rich, flavorful, and dynamic. We only use fresh, locally sourced ingredients so you may notice subtle changes to the taste and structure as the seasons’ change.
How to broth
The gelatin in Babs Bone Broth is semi-solid at cold temperatures. Once warm or at room temperature, the gelatin becomes a liquid so all you need to do to enjoy your broth is to heat it up and then serve. You can use your favorite seasoning to add more flavor. How to store
Our broths have a long shelf life as we use a traditional way of heat preservation. Store our products in the refrigerator.
Don’t freeze our broth in full jars. The liquid will expand during the freezing process. In the freezer store half jars or pour them into ice cube trays when using small quantities.
Expiration date: good up to 12 months.
