Our Lard is naturally rendered from marrow bones from free range porks in the Netherlands. The resulting lard is rich in vitamine D. It’s loaded with flavour that will enhance all your favourite recipes. Perfect for any high-heat cooking, sautéing, frying or baking.
Jus a couple of generations ago, lard was what people used to cook with. Not only does it have a very high smoke point and a long shelf life, but it’s als a way to ensure we’re using the whole animal – a practice our forefathers understood the value of and that we’re re-learning how to do today.
