  • 200 ml BABS Bone Broth (e.g. chicken, beef, or wild – whichever you prefer)

  • 1/2 lime (juice)

  • 1 pinch fennel seeds (ground or whole)

  •  Salt & pepper to taste

Ingredients

  • 200 ml BABS Bone Broth (e.g. chicken, beef, or wild – whichever you prefer)

  • 1/2 lime (juice)

  • 1 pinch fennel seeds (ground or whole)

  •  Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Gently heat the bone broth in a small pan, without bringing it to a boil.
  2. Add the lime juice and fennel seeds.
  3. Stir briefly and taste. Add salt or pepper if desired.
  4. Pour into a small glass or mug and serve warm, as an aperitif or a digestive to support your meal.
