Haver bevat weinig gluten, maar veel fytinezuur. Fytinezuur is een antinutri\u00ebnt dat ervoor kan zorgen dat je lichaam mineralen niet goed opneemt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alleen door het graan te weken, kunnen enzymen en andere nuttige micro-organismen fytinezuur afbreken en neutraliseren en gluten voorverteren. Daarom is het noodzakelijk om je haver lang te laten weken in gezouten water voordat je je favoriete havermout maakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voeg eiwitrijke bottenbouillongelatine toe aan je pap!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Waarom bottenbouillon toevoegen? Gebruik een middelhoog vuur. Als je van \"dunnere\" havermout houdt, voeg dan meer water toe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Voeg puree van butternutpompoen toe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Zet het vuur laag-medium en roer tot de pap zo dik is als je wilt.
