Het is ook gluten- en graanvrij, waardoor het een geweldig dessert, ontbijtcake of smakelijk tussendoortje is voor iedereen die glutenvrij gaat eten of minder koolhydraten eet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Een nieuwe draai aan pompoen- en pompoentaarten en -broden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je zult dol zijn op mijn heerlijke recept en hoe makkelijk het te bereiden is! In plaats van gekookte pompoen te gebruiken, besloot ik om geraspte rauwe pompoen te proberen om wat tijd te besparen. Dit bleek een openbaring te zijn bij het maken van pompoenbrood. Geraspte pompoen zorgt voor een heerlijke textuur. De cake wordt heerlijk vochtig van binnen en de subtiele zoetheid van de rauwe pompoen combineert goed met zowel hartige als zoete toppings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik vind mijn pompoencake heerlijk met een toefje kokosyoghurt en kersenjam. Je kunt ook experimenteren met andere toppings, zoals opgeklopte notenboter en rauwe honing, of romige mascarpone met een snufje nootmuskaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gezonde ingredi\u00ebnten uit hele voedingsmiddelen - Wat zit er in je taart?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pompoen<\/strong>&nbsp;- De feloranje leden van de pompoenfamilie zijn uitstekende bronnen van caroteno\u00efde antioxidanten en omega-3 vetzuren, waardoor ze perfect zijn om ontstekingen tegen te gaan. Ontsteking wordt in verband gebracht met een aantal ouderdomsziekten, van artritis tot dementie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze smakelijke wortelgroenten zijn ook rijk aan vitamine A voor een gezonde, mooie huid en aan vitamine C die het immuunsysteem versterkt. Ze bevatten ook vitamine E die de cellen beschermt, B-vitamines die energie geven en belangrijke mineralen zoals magnesium en mangaan. Pompoen (1 kopje in blokjes) bevat ook meer kalium dan een banaan! Kalium is een van de belangrijkste voedingsstoffen voor het beheersen en voorkomen van hoge bloeddruk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pecannoten<\/strong>&nbsp;- Deze heerlijke noten staan volgens de USDA in de top 15 van voedingsmiddelen die je kunt eten als je op zoek bent naar een dieet met veel antioxidanten. Ze zijn extreem goede bronnen van vitamine E, waarvan bekend is dat het cellen beschermt tegen schade en helpt je neurologische gezondheid te ondersteunen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eieren<\/strong>&nbsp;- Eieren zijn een van de beste eiwitbronnen en zijn rijk aan vitaminen, mineralen en aminozuren om je immuunsysteem sterk te houden en herstel op cellulair niveau te bevorderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructies<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Week de dadels 15 tot 30 minuten in water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verwarm je oven voor op 350 graden F (180 C)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meng in een keukenmachine de amandelen of walnoten met de olijfolie en dadels tot een deeg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verdeel het deeg voor de korst gelijkmatig over de bodem van een springvorm van 24 cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maak de keukenmachine schoon en voeg de pompoen toe, meng<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meng de baking soda en het citroensap apart - dit voorkomt dat je cake een sodasmaak krijgt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doe de pompoen, eieren, zout, nootmuskaat, kaneel, vanillepoeder, honing, boter en het citroen-baking soda mengsel in een kom - goed mengen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Giet het vulmengsel over de korst<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bestrooi met de pecannoten en bak 45 minuten of langer, tot een in het midden gestoken tandenstoker er schoon uitkomt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laat afkoelen en serveer met kokos of vanilleyoghurt of je favoriete topping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nodig wat vrienden uit voor witlofkoffie of thee van geroosterde paardenbloemwortel en deze heerlijke glutenvrije butternut squash cake voor een geweldige, aardse en gezonde traktatie.
