FRESH SHIPPING DAYS: MONDAY AND THURSDAY

All Products ordered before 20:30 h one day before shipping – will be fresh & chilled deliverd by PostNL Food Logistic on Monday and Thursday between 17:00 and 22:00 h.

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

As part of Babs’ Food safety and quality standards – we ship with Posnl Food Logistics . Our products are shipped in  heavy corrugated cardboard and packed in special designed foam boxes for food. The foam boxes are chilled with frozen gel blocks. The products are delivered as quickly as possible.

How long does delivery take?

We process all orders on Sundays and Wednesdays until 20:30 h and all shipments go out on Mondays and Thursdays 08:00 h in the morning. .

The delivery is always on Mondays and Thursdays between 17:00 and 22:00 h in the Netherslands

How can I qualify for free shipping?

All orders for €100 or more come with free shipping in the Netherlands. 

What are the shipping costs?

Table rates for our high quality standards food shipping:

€20 – €40 = €8,50 shipping costs

€40 – €80 = €7,50 shipping costs

€80 – €100 = €5,50 shipping costs

€100 and up = Free shipping

Can I exchange or return my order?

Please don’t return your bone broth or fats — as part of Babs’ food safety and quality standards, we don’t allow returns. We also don’t offer returns based on personal taste.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can change or cancel your order. To do this, call +31 (o) 6 34 14 24 40. If it’s outside of business hours, please leave a message.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we only ship within Europe — NL, BE, UK, DE, FR, DK, and LU.

How can I track my bone broth order?

We’ll send you an email that contains tracking information as soon as we ship your order. If your order seems to be late or you didn’t get your tracking information, send us an email at info@babsbonebroth.com, and we’d be happy to help.

Can I send bone broth as a gift?

Of course! Simply include your recipient’s shipping information in your order and you’re good to go.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

No worries, we can help. Take a photo of the damage and email it to us along with a request for a replacement — our email address is info@babsbonebroth.com. In most cases, we can send out a replacement.
