Our broths are high in quality gelatin from all the collagen, which is semi-solid when cold. Once warm or at room temperature, the gelatin becomes a liquid so all you need to do to enjoy your broth is warm it and serve. All our broths are dairy and soy-free, non-GMO, and MSG-free. Beef Ingredients: Grass-fed cattle: beef bones, Vegetables: carrots, celery, onions, garlic, parsley, bay leaves, peppercorns, rosemary, thyme, Allspices, apple cider vinegar, Celtic sea salt, Filtered water. 100% grass-fed beef | certified.

Plan to fast for three to four days. This will give your body plenty of time to heal the GI tract and to ensure you have eliminated harmful gut bacteria and replaced it with beneficial bacteria. You don’t need to fast for longer than four days. In fact, a fast that lasts longer than six or seven days can lead to fatigue, and for some people, nutritional deficiencies.
Because our Bone Broth is made with natural ingredients and no additives, it can appear to ‘gel’ when cold. That’s a good thing! That means it is a powerhouse source of collagen and other nutrients.
To get your bone broth ready to drink, warm at a low to medium temperature. When it’s warm, you can sip, mix, blend, and savor in its liquid form.
You can drink the broth as it is – simply warm and serve. If you want to, add salt and pepper, lemon juice, vinegar, or other seasonings.
You can also use it to make a collagen-smoothie with fresh fruits or vegetables. Bone Broth Pure is excellent for smoothies as it isn’t prepared with herbs and vegetables so it has an incredibly mild flavor.
The following people shouldn’t fast:
- Pregnant or nursing moms
- Anyone who is underweight
- Anyone who has hypoglycemia
- Diabetics may want to avoid fasting and should definitely talk to their doctor first
- Anyone who is taking medication should check with their doctor before fasting

We process all orders on Sundays and Wednesdays until 20:30 h and all shipments go out on Mondays and Thursdays 08:00 h in the morning. .
The delivery is always on Mondays and Thursdays between 17:00 and 22:00 h in the Netherslands.
