Good Quality Cocoa beans have the ability to make us feel happier, more optimistic, and more energized. It’s true. Studies show that chemicals – PEA. tryptophan, and anandamide – which are found in raw cocoa, stimulate the relase of positive hormones. They create those feelings of natural pleasure, such as what we feel after a great workout, satisfying sex, and when we are in love. 

The following recipe will give you energy and mood-enhancing boost to keep you strong, focused, and calm throughout your day.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 1/2 cup Unflavored Bone Broth
  • 2-3 Tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2-3 tsp honey  
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon 

Preparation method:

Heat your bone broth on medium heat, bringing it to a simmer.  

Add all the ingredients, mix well and reduce heat to low, heating for 5 min with the lid on. Remove the lid and put everything in A blender and blend up for 1 minute.

Add some almond milk, cocos or rice milk if you want a creamier flavor.
