The following recipe will give you energy and mood-enhancing boost to keep you strong, focused, and calm throughout your day.
- 1 1/2 cup Unflavored Bone Broth
- 2-3 Tbsp raw cacao
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2-3 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamon
Heat your bone broth on medium heat, bringing it to a simmer.
Add all the ingredients, mix well and reduce heat to low, heating for 5 min with the lid on. Remove the lid and put everything in A blender and blend up for 1 minute.
Add some almond milk, cocos or rice milk if you want a creamier flavor.
